I founded Fine Finish Construction after seeing how overwhelming and impersonal the construction process can feel, especially in an industry where women are often overlooked or unheard.

My vision is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while creating a more transparent, respectful, and trustworthy experience for every client we serve. As a woman-owned business founded by a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Fine Finish Construction is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where homeowners, partners, and team members feel respected, supported, and confident.

Beyond the work itself, we are deeply committed to supporting and uplifting women in the construction industry by creating opportunities for leadership, education, and long-term growth. We believe in clear communication, strong advocacy for homeowners, and doing the job the right way, every time.
