Office Manager
I bring over 15 years in customer service, 8 years in office environments, and a strong background in people management and recruiting. I bring both experience and heart to everything I do. Currently, I wear many hats, from office administration and HR to scheduling crews and projects, ordering materials, and keeping communication smooth with homeowners.
People often say I’m a natural empath and a problem-solver, someone who truly listens and finds creative solutions, no matter the challenge. Building genuine connections is what I thrive on, both in and outside of work.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me outdoors, planning my next trip, pet sitting, watching movies, diving into a good book, or jamming to just about every genre of music. Most importantly, I love spending time with my son and my family, they’re my greatest passion and inspiration.

Izzy Vargas
Founder & CEO
I started Fine Finish Construction because I wanted to build a company that people could genuinely count on, one that keeps its word, does great work, and treats homeowners like family. After over a decade of working in the construction and roofing industry, I saw how much of a difference it makes when a company truly cares about the people behind each project. That's what pushed me to start something that's not just about building roofs - it's about building trust.
Day to day, I stay involved with both our team and our customers. I help guide projects, support our sales reps and make sure every homeowner feels informed and comfortable from start to finish. I'm big on communication and follow-through, if we say we'll do something, we'll make it happen.
What I love most is seeing our crew take pride in their work and knowing that we're leaving every home better than we found it.
When I'm not working, I like spending time outside, hitting trails around Austin or getting in a good workout to clear my head. I'm passionate about growth, both personally and professionally and I'm grateful to lead a team that shares the same values of hard work, integrity and doing right by others.
Jason Inoue
Chief Financial & Strategy Officer
I'm the Integrator at Fine Finish Construction, helping lead the company’s rapid growth and commitment to high-quality roofing and construction services in Central Texas. With an MBA in Financial Management and 15+ years of experience in sales, operations, and business development, I bring a combination of financial expertise and hands-on sales and operational leadership.
I oversee financial strategy, pricing models, job costing, partnerships, and the EOS framework that drives Fine Finish Construction’s efficiency and customer-focused performance. My background includes leading high-performing teams in SaaS, fitness, retail, and service industries, bringing experience that strengthens Fine Finish’s reputation for transparency, reliability, and premium craftsmanship.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about health, fitness, and personal development. I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, competitive strength athlete, and the founder of Barbells & BJJ, a performance coaching brand focused on helping professionals optimize their health and productivity. When I'm not building companies, I enjoy training, creating educational content, supporting local Austin businesses, and spending quality time with my family and our four dogs.
