Roofing warranties follow manufacturer specifications for materials, backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee.
For all other construction services, coverage includes essentials like painting, siding, drywall, and remodeling work with timelines tailored to the nature of each task. Filing a claim is simple, and our team is here to support you at every step. Specific Warranties
Lifetime Roofing Warranty
Covers improper shingle alignment, flashing errors, and water infiltration caused by poor workmanship. Materials are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 30 to 50 years depending on the product selected.
Does not include: Manufacturer defects, storm or hail damage, impact from debris, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties.
2 Year Siding Warranty
Covers loose or improperly fastened siding. Water infiltration due to poor installation. Visible gaps at seams or flashing errors.
Does not include: Manufacturer defects
(covered under product warranty). Warping or fading from heat or sun exposure. Damage from storms, hail, or physical impact. Improper maintenance.
1 Year Painting Warranty
Covers peeling paint, bubbling, or flaking due to improper prep or application.
Cracking from improper surface priming or coat thickness.
Does not Include: Fading or discoloration due to UV exposure. Mildew, mold, or
water damage. Damage from power washing, impact, or abrasion. Paint applied over surfaces not maintained by Fine Finish.
1 Year Fencing Warranty
Covers leaning or unstable posts due to improper setting. Gates that don’t latch or swing properly. Uneven installation or improper panel alignment.
Does not include: Warping, cracking, or splitting. Fading, discoloration, or staining from sun exposure/weather. Damage from pets, lawn equipment, or soil movement. Rot or decay from overwatering or soil saturation.
1 Year Drywall & Texture Warranty
Covers cracking at seams or corners due to poor taping or mudding. Visible nail pops or uneven finish. Poor texture blending or excessive sanding marks.
Does not include: Cracks from home settling or
structural movement. Damage from furniture,
fixtures, or fasteners. Repainting or retouching
after client acceptance. Moisture damage.

2 Year Remodel Warranty
Covers framing defects resulting from improper cuts or fasteners. Loose baseboards, trim, or crown molding. Improperly installed doors (uneven gaps, rubbing, or hinge issues)
Does not include: Material expansion/shrinkage from humidity. Cosmetic concerns after initial walkthrough. Damage due to foundation shifting or structure settling. Hardware defects (covered by manufacture).
1 Year Concrete Warranty
Covers major cracking (wider than 1⁄4”) caused by poor subgrade or mix. Flaking or spalling due to improper curing or sealing. Drainage issues directly resulting from incorrect slope.
Does not include: Hairline cracks due to normal curing. Discoloration or staining from weather, tire marks, or chemicals. Cracks from heavy equipment or tree
roots. Moisture-related surface changes
(efflorescence, surface peeling).
1 Year HVAC Warranty
Covers ductwork, system mounting, and connections to your existing infrastructure.
Does not include: Equipment malfunctions due to manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranty), improper maintenance, power surges, misuse, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability
Fine Finish Construction's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the repair and/or replacement of the defective workmanship.
Warranty Claims Process

Notify Fine Finish Construction in writing of the defect within 14 days of discovery.

Provide a detailed description of the defect and its location.

Include any supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc)

Allow Fine Finish Construction reasonable time to inspect the defect and remedy the situation.
Covered Workmanship
The warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the aspects of construction as outlined above.
