Roof Health Inspection
While we're on the roof, your tech documents roof condition and common failure points, so you can act early.
Things we look for:

Shingles: lifted shingles, nail pops, exposed fasteners, pipe jack sealant, flashing, ridge cap, and soft decking

Tile/Synthetic: cracked tiles, slipped tiles, ridge cap condition and underlayment exposure

Metal: fasteners backing out, sealant failures, panel movement and surface corrosion
You'll receive photos and a written summary every visit.
