Ignoring a tiny leak in your home can lead to the most expensive mistake you can make.
We begin our inspection of your home starting from the top and working to the bottom. When water starts entering the house from the top, structural damage can occur quickly. This can lead to issues and problems with framing, insulation and drywall.
A good rule to follow is to just get your roof checked out twice a year. Once in the Spring and again in the Fall, just to make sure everything is good and there are no potential leaks or problems.
If you see or believe there's an issue with a roof leak, you should schedule a roof inspection as quickly as possible.
Chances are you'll have more issues if your roof is older. Once your asphalt roof reaches 20 years old, you'll want to have it inspected quarterly. Metal roofs can last much longer, once they reach 50 years, you should have it inspected quarterly.
If you would like to come out and take a look at your roof email us at info@finefconstruction.com or fill out the Contact Us Form at the bottom of the page and we're happy to come out and provide a complimentary roof inspection.
