One of the things you should look for when considering a roof repair is checking visually for any damage. Do you see anything that doesn't look right?
Can you see any missing shingles?
Is there a water leak? Is there water damage?
Are trees brushing against the house?
Do you have a bunch of sand/asphalt that is in your lawn or porch?
We recommend inspecting your roof as often as you check the tire pressure on your car.
After any major weather occurrence, having your roof inspected can save you time and money. Have a roofer take a look and document any issues, such as, is the flashing still sealed, are there any missing shingles, are trees rubbing against the roof or house.
These are just some of things to consider when you're looking at your roof for basic maintenance.
