What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and businesses to assess their roofing needs.
   

• Educate clients, build trust, and close deals on residential and commercial projects.
   

• Spot opportunities for general contracting work (we’ll pay you commission on those referrals too).
   

• Be the go-to point of contact for your clients: before, during, and after the job.
   

• Work hand-in-hand with our operations crew to ensure every job is smooth and successful.
   

• Stay sharp through weekly training and keep the team updated through CRM and sales reports.
   

What We’re Looking For

• You know how to build trust and communicate clearly.
   

• You’re organized, tech-friendly, and reliable.
   

• You’re energized by opportunity and don’t mind knocking doors.
   

• Experience in sales is preferred; experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a huge plus.
   

• You have reliable transportation and are ready to hit the field in Austin.
   

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based
   

• Average reps earn $85K–$120K+
   

• Additional performance bonuses and incentives
