Role Overview:

We’re hiring enthusiastic, community-connected individuals to join our team as Field Associates / Brand Ambassadors. In this flexible, commission-based role, you’ll represent Fine Finish Construction in your local community and online, engaging with homeowners, passing out business cards, and using a custom QR code to drive leads to our website.

Your primary goal is simple: get people to fill out a contact form to schedule a free roof inspection, a 36-point home evaluation, or request a quote for roofing/general contracting services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with homeowners in your community to promote our services
   

• Distribute business cards and marketing materials in person and at events
   

• Leverage your personal and social network to generate homeowner leads
   

• Share company information and promotions via social media
   

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of home inspections, roof evaluations, and our service offerings
   

• Drive traffic to your unique QR-coded landing page
   

• Generate qualified leads by getting homeowners to fill out the form on our website
